Where is my property data stored?

Your inventory details, receipt photos, serial numbers, and valuation records are stored entirely on your device inside Android’s sandboxed local SQLite storage. Sky Blue Eye Studios does not operate user accounts, remote databases, or cloud servers.

How do I send my inventory to an insurance adjuster?

Tap the Claim button in the top right corner. Select the category you want to export and fill in any information you want to include.

Can I backup my data or transfer it to a new phone?

Yes. Itemizer provides an Export Encrypted ZIP Backup feature. You can export your database and photos to a secure local file on your phone or SD card, and transfer it directly to a new device without uploading it to any cloud service.

What happens if I lose my phone or forget my password?

Because Itemizer is strictly offline and privacy-focused, we do not have a "backdoor" or remote password reset mechanism. If you enable Vault Lock, please make sure you remember the answers to the Forgot Password prompt or export encrypted ZIP backups periodically. The developer has no way to access the app if you have a password set.

What is the difference between Free and Pro tiers?

The free version displays ads, limits the user to using just the predefined categories, a maximum of 99 inventory items, and can only have two images per item. The Pro upgrade permanently disables all ads, allows custom categories, unlimited items per category and allows up to 4 images per item.
